Martin Allen stormed to a significant win for the Greens in the Croome County Council elections May 2021. He has been able to champion a number of local projects and concerns over the last year including
- The provision of a weekly minibus to Tewkesbury on market day, enabling local people who do not drive to get out of their homes.
- Pursuing local speeding issues including the provision of more speeding cameras .The head of highways at the County Council has agreed to a speeding review on both the A38 and the A4104 once the new roundabout near Upton is completed.
- In Kempsey , finding funds to help kick off a Skate Park project and to part fund the new defibrillator in Naunton.
