Caroline Lucas visits Malvern!

24 October 2016

Caroline Lucas visiting Malvern on Friday 4th November 2016 3.00 - 5.30pm

We're delighted that Caroline Lucas MP is visiting us here in Malvern next Friday afternoon.

Venue is The Guesten Room, Lyttelton Well, Church Street, Malvern WR14 2AY between 3.00 - 5.30pm

We look forward to welcoming our Green MP to Malvern, especially as she has also been elected to lead the Party again since accepting our invitation earlier this year. The innovative difference this time round is the job-share of joint leadership with Jonathan Bartley.

Caroline will give us a short talk on Green Leadership, followed by a Q&A session where you can hear her views about such diverse topics as progressive alliances and the Corbyn effect, our challenges in communicating the consequences of climate change, right-wing bias in the media, refugees, Brexit and a further referendum, etc.. We are hoping there will also be time to answer questions from the audience so please come prepared! Following the Q&A Caroline will be signing copies of her latest book The Alternative’ (co-authored with Lisa Nandy MP and Chris Bowers, Biteback Publishing 2016). Please note limited copies of the book will be available to buy at the event courtesy of Malvern Co-operative Bookshop.

The session is open to all; members, public and press alike. Entry is free with donations welcomed, and it's a central location that should be easily accessible to everyone. Come along to be inspired by someone who stands up for what matters!
