Jan Dyer

I moved to Malvern from Malawi in 1999 to do a degree course at the University of Worcester.  When living in Hampshire in the early 1990s I was elected to Liss Parish Council as the first Green Councillor and locally I have served on West Malvern Parish Council.  In 2010 my husband and I went to Tanzania where we founded a non-governmental organisation (NGO) with the remit of alleviating poverty through the creation of sustainable employment and livelihoods.

In 2012 I returned to Malvern and opened the Malvern Hills Repair Café.  I have been an active member of the Green Party since the 1970s and am an Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.

Green Party Meetings

Malvern Hills Green Party monthly meeting Thurs 6th December 2018

Our next monthly meeting is the annual 'Seasonal Bring & Share Social' on Thurs 6th December 2018, 7.00pm at the Resource Room, Lyttelton Well, Church Street, Malvern WR14 2AY.

We start a little earlier than usual because of the dark (and possibly cold!) nights. There is always a warm welcome though, the room will be festive and perennial favourite mulled wine will be served as usual! Bring some food and share some seasonal joy with your fellow Greens.
