Malcolm Victory has lived in Malvern for nearly forty years, raising a family of four children, now all adult. He has been a Parish Councillor in Malvern Wells for fifteen years and stood for election at three general elections.

He is now both the District Councillor for Barnards Green and County Councillor for the Chase Ward, which includes both the Green and the Wells. He is passionate about singing in a choir (The Mighty VU), painting and drawing, music and martial arts.

As Councillor for these areas he wants to represent the views of the residents, and to guide the planning process for the benefit of all, while above all working towards a clean, Green future, renewable energy and sustainability
