Natalie was first elected as District Councillor for West Ward in 2017 and lives in Malvern with her cats.

Since 2019 she has been Portfolio Holder with responsibility for Housing and Health, a huge and varied portfolio covering homelessness, domestic violence, poverty alleviation and Homes for Ukraine.

In 2022 she was elected as Deputy Leader of Malvern Hills District Council, a role that she has been re-elected to in 2023.

Natalie is also Worcestershire County Councillor for Trinity Division, having been elected in 2021.

Natalie works in Hereford for a charity supporting street homeless people where she manages the Community Larder.

She is passionate about equality, animal welfare, environmental protection, and her e-bike.
