Fran Victory

District Councillor, Link ward.

Fran is an active and responsive District Councillor for Link ward.

She has lived in Malvern for nearly 40 years, first running her own business, then
lecturing and now working as a further education consultant. Fran volunteers
regularly for a national charity.

Her four children all went to Dysons and they have given her and her husband nine
lively grandchildren. Fran feels very strongly that everyone, especially the young,
deserves a better future and works hard towards achieving this.

A former Mayor, Fran is keen to support a variety of activities, both business and
community based. As a councillor, she is particularly interested in listening to and
supporting local residents and businesses and representing their views.
